Reasons for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Order Cancellation – If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, contact us immediately at [email protected]. If you receive an email with a track and trace number it means that your order is already shipped. If the order has already shipped, you can return it once received. You can 30 days after reception to initiate a return.
Damaged on Arrival – If your item arrives damaged, take clear photos of the product and packaging and email them to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Faulty Product (Manufacturing Defect) – If your item develops a fault within the warranty period of 2 years, contact us with proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) and images of the defect. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
Right Of Withdrawal – We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. This is in addition to your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.
Wrong Product Received – If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a return label and send you the correct item or refund you including the shipping costs.
Exchanges – If you need to exchange a product for a different model or variant, contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
Items returned after 30-day return period unless they are faulty. Faulty/defected items are covered by a 2-year warranty. In case of faulty item you can return it back to us during the warranty period, we will either repair it, exchange it if repair is not possible or issue you a full refund. Products missing original packaging or accessories.
Items that have been used, unless they are defective.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us – Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and any necessary photos (for damaged/faulty items).
Approval & Return Label – Once approved, we will send you a prepaid free return shipping label.
Pack & Ship – Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Attach the return label and drop it off at a Bpost or PostNL office.
Inspection & Refund – After receiving your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
