These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any legal dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use will be submitted to the courts of Belgium.


SECTION 14 – 
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN AND  REFUND POLICY )

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. After registering the return. You then have 14 days to return the product back to us. Once the return is received we will issue a refund in under 14 days. 

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged when returned. 

How to Initiate a Return

 Email our support team at [email protected] to request a return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and attach the provided return label. Drop it off at your nearest Bpost or PostNL office.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

SECTION 15 – CONSUMER COMPLAINT – DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If the goods you purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to make a claim. Regarding the defect, you can request a replacement of the item with a defect-free one, rectification of the defect or price reduction. You can submit the complaint within one year of discovering the defect, but the deadline for submitting a complaint must not end before the end of the warranty period of the item. Your complaint will be examined and responded to within 30 days of the date we receive your complaint. Please do not return your purchase before sending us an email with your complaint notification. In case of justified complaints, we will cover the return costs.

It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing [email protected].
