Warranty & Repair Policy

We ensure that all our products are brand new and come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty starting from the date of delivery of your order. Below, you will find all the details regarding our warranty and repair process.

Warranty Coverage & Procedure

  • Year 1: The first year of warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer, such as Apple, Samsung, or other brands. For the fastest service, we recommend visiting the manufacturer’s authorized service center or store in your city. Their expert teams will ensure a quick resolution to your issue. If you are unable to find the nearest manufacturer’s store, you can contact us. We will assist you to find the nearest store.
    There’s also a possibility to send us the defected, in this case we will issue a free shipping label to you with which you can send us the item. Once received, we will deliver the defected item to the manufacturer which can take up to 14 working days to repair the item. Once it is repaired, we will dispatch it back to you free of charge. 

  • Year 2: From the second year onwards, we take over the warranty responsibility. During this period, any warranty claims or repair requests must be directed to us, and we will handle everything on your behalf. We will issue you a free return label with which you can send us back the defected item. We will then repair the item if it is repairable. Reparation may take up to 14 working days. If the item is not repairable, then we offer either an exchange if we have that item available or issue a full refund. 

Warranty Conditions

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. However, the following conditions are not covered:

  1. Liquid Damage: While some devices may have water resistance ratings, our warranty does not cover damage caused by contact with liquids.  Water resistance is not permanent and can degrade over time.  Any liquid exposure is at the user’s risk.  We strongly recommend avoiding any contact with liquids.
  2. Physical Damage: Damage due to drops, impacts, or improper handling is not covered.
  3. Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs or modifications made by unauthorized technicians or service centers void the warranty. Only the manufacturer is considered as authorized technicians. 
  4. Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or other forms of wear and tear that do not affect the product’s functionality.

Additional Notes

  • Always retain your proof of purchase, as it will be required to process warranty claims. The proof of purchase is sent via email to you after you place the order. You can also ask for it to be resent to you by contacting us.
