If you place your order before 1 p.m. Brussels time on a business day, we’ll ship it the same day! Otherwise, it’ll go out the next business day. Once the item is dispatched, delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. We ship with Bpost for addresses in Belgium and PostNL for addresses in The Netherlands

You’ll get a tracking number in your email once your order ships. You can use it to track your package on the shipping carriers website (Bpost or PostNL). You can also track it via our Track Your Order page.
