Shipping Policy

At Tech Way, we prioritize fast and reliable delivery to ensure your shopping experience is seamless. Below are the details of our orders and delivery process.

Standard Delivery

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order before 13:00 Brussels Time on a working day, and we will dispatch it the same day. It will then be delivered to you in 1 -3 working days.  
  • Shipping Partners: We work with Bpost and PostNL to provide secure and efficient delivery services. We use Bpost to ship to Belgium and PostNL to ship to The Netherlands. 

Business Orders

  • Invoices: For business customers, we provide invoices with all necessary details for your accounting needs. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need assistance with your order. 

Shipping Insurance Against Theft Or Damage

All orders are insured against damage or theft during delivery. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost during delivery, please:

  1. Contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected]
  2. If the item is damaged, provide photos of the damaged package and its contents.
  3. We will initiate an investigation at the shipping carrier and ensure you receive a replacement or else a full refund is arranged. The process may between 5 to 7 working days. 

Additional Information

  • Deliveries are made on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • If you miss the 13:00 cut-off time, your order will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Your order can be tracked via our tracking tool on Track Your Order page.
