Refund Policy
We issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Right Of Withdrawal – We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. This is in addition to your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.
- Order Never Arrived – If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the expected delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. We will investigate the issue and either reship the product or issue a full refund.
- Damaged on Arrival – If your item arrives damaged, take clear photos of the product and packaging and email them to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, you can choose to receive a full refund or a replacement.
- Faulty Product (Manufacturing Defect) – If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the defect. We will assess the issue and offer a refund or replacement.
- Wrong Product Received – If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label, and upon receipt of the incorrect item, we will issue a full refund or send the correct product.
Refund Process
We will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns, we will send you a free return shipping label that you can print and use it to return the item back to us free of charge. Return shipping takes between 2-3 business days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
How to Initiate a Refund

Provide Documentation – Include your order number, photos of the product, and any relevant details in your email.

Return Label – We will provide a free prepaid return shipping label.

Pack & Ship – Print the return label we provided, securely pack the item in its original packaging and attach the return label before shipping it back. The return shipping takes 2-3 days.

Inspection & Refund Processing – After receiving the item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
